Avoid this company like the plague. I made two purchases, and they marked them as 'fraudulent'. I reached out to resolve the problem, and they started asking for personal info over the phone that had nothing to do with the issue. When I took a moment to think about their requests, the representative said, 'we're canceling your orders, just send a check in' and then hung up. I really think they had bad intentions, and when I didn’t go along with it, they just ended the call.

I got a personalized basketball clipboard for my boyfriend, and let me tell ya, Evan from KBA reached out the very same day I made the order to kick off the customization! He was super helpful and sent over two design proofs since I was a bit unsure about the look I wanted. The back-and-forth communication was really smooth, and he always replied quickly. We exchanged a few emails, and he was so patient, making all the tweaks I asked for until it was just right! The entire process took only two days, and I was pleasantly surprised to get the shipping confirmation already! I’m so excited to get the custom board to give to my boyfriend; I just know he’s gonna love it! I totally recommend KBA for anyone in the market for a custom clipboard. I’m definitely planning to come back for more!
